Covid-19 / Coronavirus policy
Here at Sensible PC Support, we wanted to let our customers know what we are doing to keep our customers and ourselves safe regardig Covid-19.
We are currently not able to complete work in customers homes until some of the lockdown restrictions have been lifted. Most problems can be resolved remotely by our engineers connecting to your computer. Please remember to never allow anyone you don't know, haven't asked or calls you up out of the blue to connect to your PC. If anyone does call you that you don't know or aren't sure about, please call us before allowing them to connect. We will always have made prior arrangements with our customers to carry out a remote session.
Customers over 70 or customers who are classed as high risk
To protect our older & vulnerable customers, we have decided that we will not be doing any home visits to anyone over the age of 70 or who are classed as high risk. If you have a family member (under 70) who is happy to drop your computer off to our office, we are more than happy to diagnose this and call you to arrange a plan. This is to ensure that should our engineers be carrying the virus without knowing that we don't pass it on.
Drop offs & Collections
If you are dropping off or collecting your computer, please be aware that to limit contact we are not accepting visitors into our office. We will arrange for you to drop off your computer to a secure location and to collect from a secure location. We will disinfect any items dropped off to us along with disinfecting them again immediately before being collected.
We are of course ensuring that we are frequently washing hands, especially inbetween jobs.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
