Do I need to take my computer to you for it to be fixed?

No. We can come to you, or we can collect your PC or laptop and return it to you once it’s sorted.

Do I need to bring everything if I take it to you?

No, you just need the base unit or ‘box’. We have screens, keyboards, mice etc to connect to it. If you have a laptop please bring the power supply.

What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover Sandy, Biggleswade, Beeston and the majority of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We can travel further if required but there may be a small charge. Alternatively we can provide remote help.

What if I live on the other side of the country?

As long as you have Internet access most problems can be fixed remotely. We use special software to get securely connected to your computer so can still fix your problem wherever you are.

I’m at work all week.

No problem. We can arrange collection at the weekend, or you can bring it to us any time.

What if I have a broadband / Internet / wireless problem?

No problem. We’ll come to you with the appropriate kit to diagnose and fix the problem there and then. In the event that it’s a problem with your broadband provider we can speak to them directly (with your consent) and get the problem resolved. Most ISPs stop with the ‘try this, try that’ very quickly when they realise the person talking to them knows what they are doing and will just send an engineer to the local exchange to get you back up and running the next day.

I’ve just lost all the pictures from my digital camera. Help!

We can usually recover deleted or lost pictures from a hard disk, memory card or digital camera. Just call us and we should be able to get your precious pictures back.

Do you fix printers?

We can fix printers, but generally as they are so cheap to buy they are not economical to repair.

Is there anything you can’t fix?

No, we’ve not found anything so far! If we can’t fix something we won’t charge you though.
